American Society for Cell Biology Conference

Dr. Gunn traveled to San Diego for the annual ASCB 2024 Cell Biology conference. While it was definitely fun to escape to sunnier climes (look at that view from the convention center in the picture below!!), the science was just as exciting. In addition to hearing fascinating scientific talks and visiting many posters, the session on the intersection of Art and Science was particularly inspiring. It’s a reminder that when we present our research we are creating a form of art. The session was followed by an art exhibition featuring art from conference attendees.
