Lab Philosophy

In the Gunn Lab we welcome all people for who they are and as they are. Good and exciting science will flow from a happy and safe workplace where we can all be comfortable. Every member of the lab will always be learning and adapting as we work together to create this lab. We will all help each other grow and become better scientists!

One of my primary goals is to create a safe and healthy working environment for all lab members to thrive in. As part of that goal, I will be available for meetings, I will support your career goals, I will acknowledge and respect that you have a life outside of the lab, and I will act on your feedback to improve my mentorship.
