Dr. Gunn Awarded Inaugural Postdoctoral Scholar Award

At the Biochemistry and Biophysics (BCBP) Department Holiday Party this year, Dr. Gunn was surprised by being awarded the departmental Postdoctoral Scholar Award. This is the first year for the prize and it’s a great honor. She was nominated by members of the department for her service and leadership. During her time at UNC, she founded the BCBP Postdoctoral Committee and the UNC wide cryoEM journal club. She also served as a member of the Graduate Education Committee.
